Grief is love with nowhere to go.
It is the ache of what was, the longing for what could have been, and the call to return home to our tender hearts.

Join us for The Tending — an evening ceremony held in honour of grief in all its forms. Through guided breathwork, somatic movement, meditation, and writing we’ll journey together through the landscapes of loss, remembrance, and renewal. We are honoured to be joined by guest facilitator R.K. Gandhi, author of Hope in the Black Hole, who will be guiding the writing portion of the evening. 

Whether you’re grieving a loved one, a relationship, a part of yourself that was never fully seen, or the collective sorrow carried in your lineage and our world, it is all welcome here.

Held in sacred community, this evening invites you to embody and express your grief, to be witnessed and supported, and to discover the love that lives beneath it all.
