Welcome to Release Breathwork Facilitator Training!

Our goal for this training is to transform your inner world, as well as teach you how to be a well rounded facilitator. We will achieve this by providing educational content, through sharing our personal business experience, and through your own transformational breathwork experiences! The training will consist of online classes via zoom and in-person for our weekend immersive experience. We will also offer opportunities for you to witness and assist in group breathwork classes, as well as facilitating your very first session. 

It is our understanding and belief that we need to do deep, personal work to help serve others in a powerful and meaningful way. The focus of the immersive 3 day in-person training is to do transformational internal work. As healing guides, we cannot ask others to go where we aren’t willing to go ourselves. The rest of the course content will be done over group zoom classes and 1:1 online meetings for a total of 50hrs of training. Zoom dates to be announced.
