The Breathwork technique is a version of Conscious Connected Breathwork. It is a breathing pattern in which the breather intentionally connects the inhale with the exhale, without any pauses between the breaths. This cyclical breathing floods the body with oxygen and energy, with both physical and emotional benefits. It is a powerful and safe way to reach a deep connection to our bodies and our minds. During the session past trauma, memories, pain and experiences which are stored in our cells may come up. We place a high importance on creating a safe space filled with vulnerability and compassion so each individual can feel supported throughout their experience.
We invite you to give yourself permission to release the things that are holding you back in all areas of your life.
* TIPS *
We advise that you avoid caffeine and large meals 2-3 hrs before your breathwork session.
You may want to remove eye make-up before class as we will be wearing eye masks.
